Get to know us

In 2022, we embarked on a journey to empower individuals through non-formal education and training in Osijek, Croatia. What began as a humble non-profit initiative has flourished over the past three years, attracting over 350 learners eager to enhance their skills and capabilities. Our diverse programs cover essential areas such as tourism, hospitality, information technology, marketing, entrepreneurship, languages, soft skills, and crucially, both green and digital competencies.

As we evolved, so did our mission. Today, Edura is committed not only to adult education but also to fostering youth development through innovative projects and international exchanges. We are particularly focused on supporting individuals with fewer opportunities, providing them with platforms to learn, grow, and connect with potential employers and peers.

By acting locally and extending our reach across Europe, we strive to promote employability and inclusion, nurturing sustainable growth through education. Our collaborations with schools, universities, and diverse partners play a vital role in enhancing our impact. Together, we are building a more inclusive and educated society, where every individual has the opportunity to thrive.

Our mission

Our mission is to empower adults and youth through non-formal education, inclusion, and international cooperation. We provide opportunities for upskilling in tourism, hospitality, digital, green and soft skills, while supporting people with fewer opportunities. By linking learning with employers and building European partnerships, we foster employability, social inclusion and lifelong learning.

Our vision

Our vision is a society where adults and youth have equal access to quality learning, practical skills and international opportunities. We strive to reduce skills mismatches, strengthen employability, and promote inclusion by connecting education with the labour market. Acting locally and across Europe, we aim to contribute to the green and digital transition and to sustainable communities.
